"24V Alternator mounting bracket distance

Hi,
On the http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/alternatorer.htm page, the distance between the mounting holes is supposed to be 48mm on 24V, there is also a picture. But can this be right? I mean, it looks more like it would be the double (already comparing the roller to the gap between the holes, you see something isn't right).
Does anyone have a guaranteed real 24V magneti marelli 100 amp, to verify the measure as in the picture (from hole center to hole center). Have a replacement in the trunk, but the distance worries me.

I compared the pics of the new that i have to the o n the page. Identical both in layout and proportions. But however i measure, i get the distance to 148mm, so a typo in the guide then?

Since no-one could verify the distance of the mounting holes, i'll verify myself. The new one fitted perfectly. So the distance is 148mm, not 48mm as discussed in the text.

There are a few typos in the Ford manuals, the 2.3 diff for example is spec'd as a 4.27 when its actually 3.91 etc
I dont suppose they'll update them now
