Before i start dismantling the doors to check, i thought i ask: what size speakers are in these cars? In the front doors and in each side of the trunk/boot? Will it work with 6,5 in the doors, and 6X9 in the rear?

fronts are 4" rears are fords standard jobbies of 5" x 7" yes 6x9s will fit in the rear but you'll need to chop the plastic housings, and possible remove the metal bridge the standard speaker bolts onto as for the front doors you wont get a 6" speaker in without trimming the door structure and then you might have a clearence issue with the back of the speaker on the window mech Matt

Yes, but A BIT overkill for me: I was looking to mount some good speakers without ruining the interior.

you'd do better fitting some good quality 130mm triaxials or components in the front (as a general rule you can shoehorn 130's in anywhere a 100 was fitted as standard im my experience). Rears will either be cutting / 6x9's or making a custom mount to take a 6"/3" component setup. Bass response in a scorp is sadly shocking - consider a sub setup too - 10" should be more than sufficient if you arent a base fly If you want reccomendations, i cant reccomend Sinus Live stuff highly enough - available online via Conrad Electronics
