Mine only have the green light.....not that you need to know that they're on though  Roll Eyes

Sometimes I get this warm feeling & think  "Oh no, I haven't just peed myself, have I ?", then I look down & the heated seat button has been accidentally pressed  Wink.......

......Phew !!......& there was me thinking that incontinence may have hit me early on in life  Grin

The switches themselves are designed to light up. However in most of the Scorps I've had they don't!

hi there

they can be repaired, if required.

mine have never lit up, too much hassle to fix, IMO.

Thanks for the replies, as Scorpio Man says could be to much hassle to make them illuminate, asl ong as they keep bum warm and little green light comes on might leave it at that.

Anyone ever taken these to bits?   I took a spare one apart, well that was the idea, as all of a sudden it parted and I never saw the layout.  I have the outer case, a small rectangle with cut outs in, the switch assy with the LED and bulb and the switch cover with the symbols on it.  Should there be more? and how does it fit back. Incidentally it was the LED on this switch bulb glows away quite happily.

They are easy to  dismantle and work on if you're  careful and  handy with  a small  soldering iron.

Replacement  12v  LED's  are available from  Maplins  for  a few pence.
