My journey has come to an end!

I cant find the answer to the latest problem and ive already spent over £100 on trying to! (car only cost me £400)

We now think its the fuel pump or something related to it! Im not overly fussed in journeying deeper to source the problem.

Thank you everyone for helping me in the past on things/problems etc. Its a great community here and i will continue to donate for a couple of months still!

Ill probably scrap it (about £80 for it at the moment) I have brand new ignition leads (not Ford) which im gonna chuck on ebay (ill let u know on the parts section when i do)

If anyone wants to buy any parts from it, parts that are easy for someone like me just to screw off and put in an envelope or small box, message me. Id rather make a couple of quid off bits before its scrapped.

Thank You once again!

Have you tried the fuel pump relay, that is a simple thing to fix and replace and they do go faulty without warning.

smitheagle.
Courage my boy, courage ! never let the old Scorp beat you, even though it has a bloody good try  Huh. Further to the pump relay(the green and violet one in the back of the aux box),switch the ignition on and pull it out and in,if it clicks it's likely to be OK,but not definitely.

It's  worth hanging  on to   If  you  have a  place  to  park  it  for a while .

Small   bits  like  dash  switches,  mirrors,  looms,  motors,  radios  and  trim  are worth selling  separately.

If  it's  got  leather seats,  then  even better  Roll Eyes

I don't suppose you have the locking wheel nut key?

Sorry about your grief by the way, they're such good motors, but I know what you mean about throwing good money after bad, I've spent 280 on mine, and she cost 3, and I made a promise to myself.... Lips Sealed

The locking nuts are all different, have you lost yours?
You can remove them with a hammer/chisel.

I usually throw them away and use 4 normal nuts
