Oil Change Info for TUES 17 Feb?

Hi all,
1997 SCORPIO COSWORTH 24v
I am doing an oil change tomorrow (Tuesday 17-Feb-09) as part of my annual M.O.T. and I would like to know if the OIL that I have been advised to use is OK?
The OIL that I have been told is suitable for my COSSIE 1997 is:-
SEMI-SYNTHETIC
Oil viscosity 10W/40
API SL CF
ACEA A3 B3
Is this the correct OIL?
Also, has anybody got any idea of what type of engine is in my Cossie (BOB or other type)?

hi there
the latest spec for all the 16v/24v petrol engines is sae 5w-30.
