Cosworth Brakes

On my last MoT it was noted that the brake hoses probably saw their last MoT. I also have front discs and pads grinding in reverse which sounds awful. Rear pads are squeaking now... So, I wanna spend a few quids on new discs, pads and hoses all round and I want decent stuff. Standard sizes but good pads (carbon ceramic?) and decent vented discs and if possible braided hoses. Will also have a brake fluid change whilst I'm at it. Where is the best place for this stuff? Is it even possible to get "uprated" discs/pads for the Cossie? Don't want to have to make modifcations etc etc. Made to measure if possible. Cheers all!

I would go for Ford discs every time, never had any problems with them, other makes seem to warp easier
