2,3 camshaft removal?

ok gang,I should have a 2,3 head up for sale soon, but will need to check for any warpness. Once I've established how it comes off. All the bolts are loose and it lifts off the block, but stuck. I assume the the headbolts will need to be completely removed, and by the looks of things the camshafts have to come out, reluctantly. Now,looking in the manual http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/manual/engines/dohc2_3/2300CylHead.pdf It states "NOTE: Remove the camshaft bearing caps and the camshafts in order." But which order is that? thanks in advance Paul
