Noticed that I was a a few clips missing on the pollen filter cover so I thought I would re new them and also take a look at the filters. . . Yep they to needed doing but trying to get the filters from ford . . . . No Chance so a quick call to my Local KAR PARTS here in Leicester and hey presto Also the clips were dealer ONLY so another call to Sandicliffe and yep £4.80 for 5 so I got them and set about to replace So old ones out and yep they needed doing check the air flow direction So all done and re fit new clips all done Then time for air con refurb I then droped in the Forte air con cleaner on passengers foot well and left A/C running for ten minutes in re-circle All I got to do now is clean her up and hey presto We now have a VERY nice smelling interior and so collllld

How much were the pollen filters and the forte cleaner Gazza ? I know halfords do a cleaner but it's 12 quid a shot, a tad expensive for an aerosol can in my mind

Hi Gazza, can you post pics next time you change the air filter as well P.S....the best air-con cleaner I've used was the Comma aerosol stuff. It's not foam so it's not messy, it's similar to the Forte stuff & just releases it contents as a gas which gets circulated around all the ducting killing all the bacteria & makes it smell lovely & fresh.......it's about £12 a can though, so not cheap

That's good, cos I've always wondered which way round the air filter should go, as there are no arrows The Tesco stuff probably isn't an aerosol trigger spray cleaner. Scorpio_man said, you have to remember to put a towel under to catch any drops, so probably the foam stuff

hi there no, the car plan stuff is an aerosol. you put it behind the front passenger seat and it goes off like a fountain!!!! you have the towel under it to catch most of the moisture the falls back down and it catches the drips of the back of the seat. i make it out worse than it is. you just use the towel to give the centre arm rear and seat a wee wipe. doesn't leave any marks or anything. it's just so you know or you'll be left with a little puddle for a hour or two. and it costs £5!
