I'm almost sure the Executive came with steel wheels as standard.

All my funeral cars have steel wheels,we sometimes wash em three times a day,so ease and speed is of the essence !! There are four different types fitted, all proper Ford 15",as they get busted I replace em with Mondeo type, four in a bag for £35,and easy to keep clean,Finis F1151521,price includes VAT,a real bargain from friendly 'Henry'. GOZZ.

Yep, some Exec & Ghia models came with steel wheels & plastic trims. I remember a mate bought a P reg Ghia manual about 9 years ago that had steel wheels with 'telephone dial' looking covers on them. I remember it well, he had 15" steel wheels & I had 15" fan alloys .....he had aircon, but I didn't ......but I had an electric sunroof ......& he didn't even have a sunroof
