Was it a special relay you needed?

got the finis no. somewhere, if i can find it i'll post it. but yes, it took me and Trevor quite a bit of brainstorming a research to figure it out Smiley Snoopy also suggested a relay which was theoretically the same but it didn't work :/

Please do post the finis, it's pretty low priority but pretty convenient as lights have to be always on in the nordic countries.

Do you remember approximately what the relay costs?

There is this joke about Volvos, if you ever go to Sweden you can't help noticing how bad the Volvo lights are. Every second Volvo you see has additional lights fitted. Either that or there's an urge to cover as much as you can of the car.

My memory says the box on the right hand side, not the one besides the battery. A relay will be ordered tomorrow, in the russian link it was only 16 euros, but pices are similar as the FMD prices so i'll get one locally.

Sorry if that joke offended you. You can't really believe how common additional lights are in Sweden until you see it, and it's not only volvos.

You mean passenger side on LHD ?
Okay, in that fuse box there's two empty relay holders, r22 and r23. I wonder if it's one of those?
I was thinking if relay from granada mk3 fits...

Relay 14 http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/images/handbook132.gif

in central fusebox (checked, my memory was wrong)

It's either this or A/C cut off relay (same finis), other relays will not work. The relay from a Scorpio mkI may work, as the same relay has been used in other Ford models.
