Usually a matter of winding the actuator on the turbo a few threads (or fitting a stronger actuator spring or actuator) - dont be greedy tho as you'll soon grenade your engine if you do......

Ok, just wondering really as my car has no obvious surge at all when the turbo kicks in yet you can hear it spinning. Obviously not looking for performance figures of any sort just a bit of boost! Just out of interest does anyone know how easy it is to wind in the actuator arm on these cars?
