Fuel pump hose clip

Hi all, I was wondering, as I plan to investigate my fuel pump (normal petrol) for reasons why it shows 13 litres too little at all levels, how the tool to disconnect the red and white hose clips really looks like. Even better, a link to ebay/other site of a "proven working" tool (there are some out, but not sure if they really loosen the scorpio clips specifically) would be really appreciated. When the tank was changed, they didn't detach, and it was left hanging tied up. It may have been so that somebody bumbed into the sender arm while it was hanging.

tlundkvi. Just gently squeeze the two tags together with a pair of pliers and pull the pipe out of the tank, the couplings stay with the tank. GOZZ.
