Heated screen ?

I used the heated screen that was fitted new in April for the first time today to clear the ice. Unfortunately only the passenger side worked , checked both fuses this evening and they were OK. Going to check the connections on the drivers side at the weekend. However on the fusebox diagram I can only see one relay. Shouldn't there be 2, one for each side ? If it turns out to be a faulty screen I'm hoping I'm covered with a 12 month warranty (It was a £60 insurance job)

Sorted. Took it to Autoglass as the elements/wiring of the screen are still under warranty until April. It was a bad top end connection, the original fitter had used insulation tape on the connections instead of a heat shrink cover and there was evidence of water under the tape. While they were at it they heat shrinked the other three for me FOC.
