Hi Guys, In the near future (Good weather) my intention is to replace inlet manifold with a used one of which I am confident is a good one I have closely examined it, removed the two metal sleeves around the thermostat housing, cleaned up greased and replaced, lots of crud build up and this is what causes the cracking there is a photo on the forum showing a perfect example of this. I have been doing a little research from you guys on procedure of removing and fitting but there are grey areas for me, for example how are the fuel lines disconnected and what would be practicle to remove to gain access If any one can take the time to explain a step by step guide I would be very grateful. Regards Kenboy

Fuel lines just clip off below the manifold, squeeze the sides of the catch and it releases them, they just push back on the reconnect. I think its pretty self explanatory once you get in there, I think i unclipped the power steering reservoir and pulled it forward out the way just for better access. Cant think of any other difficulties offhand
