Headlamp Adjustment

Anyone have any idea which screws do what in terms of adjusting headlamps level (?)
 
Handbook just says "must be done by a proper workshop"

Reason is 'cause at the mo I think maybe dip is a bit on the low side, tends to make driving in the dark at >50 mph er, shall we say "interesting"

I found my n/s headlight a bit low and adjusted it , simple job but only turn the screw a very small amount as half a turn make a big differance.

if your lights dont seem that good, strip the front glass part off and give the focusing lens a good clean, makes a difference trust me!
