Quite recently there was a post about link arms and how hard it was to grip the stop the nut rotating while removing the lock nut.  pointed at that Ford fitted a hex bolt to stop this rotation, of interest I have had to change 1 in Dec and one before next MoT.  First had said hex bolt, latest which has 2010 packing from Ford has not got it, so got it, although the troublesome nut looks more prounounced, will see at the w/e if it is any easier.

Well come to change it and got my special spanner out (right size cut in half and thinned to fit) checked it was right size against the new Ford one.  Placed spanner on the nut and found it hard to get a grip, with the arm rotating, eventually managed to undo the  nut but in the end had to hacksaw it off, on checking the flats found it was at least a size smaller than all the others, and it seemed to be a genuine Ford part.  new one fitted like a dream.
