TENSIONER PULLEY

Hi
The tensioner pulley siezed on my 95 2.5 diesel snapping the drive belt there is a diesel on ebay being broken but it is the latter 125bhp engine does anybody know if the tensioners are the same on both engines or has the latter engine been modified thanks
