Who said the Scorpio air con/CC wasn't very good?

So, I cleaned the condenser and evaporator with one of those foaming cleaners (make was FMC I think) and decided to check the vent temps after (18c outside temp btw):-
-0.1c!
It even created condensation on the OUTSIDE of the windscreen!
Then I decided to see if the heater was working properly so cranked it up full:-
That'll do.
So, full bill of health then, and I've not had the air con topped up since I bought the car 14 months ago. just need to keep an eye on the evaporator to ensure it doesn't ice up as it seems a bit on the cool side!
Quite a productive day, changed the front drop links as well. I owe a pint to the guy that invented angle grinders!

Already read that and tried the bent spanner and still wouldn't budge. Besides, I'll take any excuse to get the angle grinder out
