2-3 inlet manifold repair?

Anyone succesfully repaired a 2-3 inlet manifold? after rebuilding the engine with a new head, mine has a tiny pin hole in! only leaks when hot just before the stat opens, Any ideas anyone please? Cheers

hi there i repaired mine with quicksteel (from the inside). it held fine until the head went (cracked oil/waterway at head bold hole). you might need to open the hole up a little to make it easier to repair, if you know what i mean. hth

Thanks Scorpio Man. i have just done the same. thanks for your help, i was amazed how thin the plastic is. i re-enforced it with some alloy mesh between two layers of Quick Steel, no leeks so far, all seems good. Cheers
