Hello.
 
What is best ford player I can get for scorpio?
 
There is so many interesting models in this form factor. Sadly some of them differ from connections radically. Pinouts for every model are easy to find, or figure out though...

Almost every of them can be found used..  
 
Has anyone fitted 6006E ? I think changer plug and steering wheel connector is not there? video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XtX7zKu2WKk
otherwise looks like those 8pole connectors fit, except BAT+ and ACC+ changed place in connector according to http://teletehnika.km.ru/articles.php@id=92
 
How about 6000 MP3 ? Does it read cd-rw? and how about tags?

I have the vnr 9000 in my scorpio and it plugged straight in. Has better sound quality then the 7000 to.
 
The 6006e is a good to
 
Be careful with some of the newer units, thet are full double dinn and will neee some dash mods to fit

Watched video of vnr9000 and it's nice too Smiley Graphical UI <3
But difficult to get that unit and when found, expensive :[
