If you sign up to http://www.petrolprices.com/ they'll email you every few days with the cheapest in your area. Works well for petrol, they list lpg so presumably works the same.

Regarding LPG in vehicles, 'Autogas' is stated in my book as being a mixture of propane and butane, but the 'Flo Gas' point near me is pure propane @ 74p per litre,MPG on a funeral limo is poor, about 18mpg due of course to the calorific value of LPG being about 20% less than petrol. The cost per mile is 19p and 25p,the cost of a full tank of petrol today is £88.64,the same amount of LPG is £57.86.Tomorrow I will fill up with Shell gas which is about 80p per litre, supposedly it should be a mixture and should do a few more MPG,the costs do need to be compared, and there may be nothing in it,I will put my findings on here at a later date. GOZZ.
