Oil change for Cosworth

Hello i have a P Reg 2.9 24V. Doing an oil change at the weekend. Would 5W30 full synthetic be good, or semi synthetic. Or another type of oil

Hi Tony,
I've just rebuilt the engine in my Cosworth and I run it on 10/40W Semi Synthetic Castrol Magnetec. Have to say it's been running a treat since the build 3000 miles ago.
