Not sure the .wav etc. will be compatible either TBH, if CD player is 1998 at the latest, think it has to be kosher basic original audio CD format (?)

Hi Mike this one i can help you with download this program ... its free and its great ... i been using it for burning cd`s , dvd`, data files , pictures , mp3 music for 5 years or more http://download.cnet.com/CDBurnerXP/3000-2646_4-10409086.html install it , start it , choose audio disc , insert cd disc (not dvd) , drag down mp3 files you want , you will see bar at bottom for free cd space , then burn it , program converts mp3 files to audio file playable on any cd player ... well it is in my case hope it helps cheers ivan

Thanks, iTunes can do that! I may have misunderstood, I thought the question was, will mp3, wav etc. file formats on the CD play in the CD player. Modern players and 'puters will.

No worries ~ yes I'm pretty sure the answer is, has to be original Philips/Sony spec audio tracks to play on the Scorp. Ta for the links tho.
