Thanks for the information fella's, it's just that I have got to check out some vibration issues which started on Sunday.
There is some vibration when accelerating under load, more so when in the higher gears, when foot is eased off the gas pedal vibration stops.
(clutch is not slipping)

So I'm thinking it's either
* Flywheel (god forbid)
* G/box mounting
* prop donut
* prop u/j's

The days of crawling under cars are long gone for me so it's going on the garage's lift on Thursday for a look underneath.

Matt, give me a bell before you set off just to make sure I'm around.
PM'd you both my numbers.

Rodders, Have you read This article??.  Smiley
Also look at This section in particular diagrams 34 - 36 which show the vibration damper as I had one fail on my 2.0ltr some years ago. Smiley

It's the centre bearing causing the vibration. Confirmed today by two garage's  (I always go for second opinions on my car as well as my body  Wink )
