Teves Mk IV ABS Modulator

I'm looking for some advice on the Teves Mk IV ABS modulator, fitted on Scorpios up to 1997. To save me some, embarrassment I won't go into "why". The machined aluminium block has 4 outlets. From left to right as you look at it (12mm-10mm-12mm-10mm).Can anyone tell me what wheel each of these outlets go to ?. Many thanks in advance.

Depending on whether you have Traction control, Pages 82,83 & 84 of the manual (91,92 & 93 of the PDF).
