Global Closing Module

Hi, some of you may be aware that I sold My 2.3 Scorpio some six months ago, now the guy I sold it to has a problem, in so-much, that when using remote fob for normal use all windows open and has asked me for his help on this one I would suggest to him to disable Full Global closing Mod The problem is I purchased this mod and had it fitted by my local garage some nine years ago and although it came with an instructional CD but cannot trace it I am therefore wondering if perhaps some of the longer termed registered members could help out with this one I think perhaps Baz may have some info on this, what I need to tell this guy is how to disable Full Closing Module I do not even know on what part of the car it was fitted.

All the best to you all.  Kenboy

@scorpio_man: No, I don't think he referres zu the Lock-On Go mod, but to the Global Closing  Mod of Stephen Collister, where a Lock-On Go function is implemented too.

It is raining cats and dogs. So I dug out the old CD from a pile of ~100 outdated disks  Grin The CD contains three files. One MS-Word file is of less than half an MB size and describes the AC Mod. Another MS-Word file (3MB) describes the fitting of the Global Closing Mod. And the third is a 130MB WMV Clip, which shows the fitting in a minor quality video. I will try to find a way so that you can download everthing. However it will take some time, because of my poor ADSL connection. When finished, I will provide the link in another response.

Here I put the files for downloading.

Acmod

"Global Closing Modification" Fitting Instructions, Word document

"Global Closing Modification" Fitting Instructions, WMV Clip (130MB)

After some time I will delete the files to save server capacity.
