If you mean remove and replace look at the link Here. Note the RED warning. Essentially you need to remove the interior light. This gives you access to two screws holding the surround.The details of how to remove this are under 'Headlining' in the same link. Once released push the surround backwards away from the screen. It is held by two stiff clips to the headlining and roof and may require a bit of effort. You will then be able to access the electrical connector for the mirror which may well be wrapped in sticky tape. Once undone it will pull through the front of the headlining. Once free hold the mirror in both hands and give it a sharp tug DOWNWARDS keeping your knuckles against the screen. As said in the fault finder link DO NOT lever it towards the interior of the car or you will probably break the screen.
