Heya Bob Run the headlight for half hour on full beam, put the little silica gel pack in the back or point a hair dryer at it for a while BTW do you have any green mossy stuff around the seal on the glass? mine started growing it last year and i always get a misty headlight now, think the sealant stuff must be degrading now, I did plan to open the light up and replace it with windscreen sealant but never got round to it yet lol

Thanks Matt. i'll try the hairdrier first, mine has attracted a bit of moss also, but the car is green! so it sort of blends in! its around the sun roof as well! its been stood for 18 months, my excuse! if it is a problem i now have a pair of smokey ones off my newly scrapped facelift 2-3, thanks for the tip, Bob

heya bob, abs could judt be because its been parked for so long, it could of done with a few miles putting on it before the test, or could be like lee and the board the drives the pump needs soldering. re sealing the headlights is fairly easy, once youve found a place to start cutting the old seal the glass pops off. my car is down for the winter now as im doing drive train work but may do lights as well so ill do a quick write up Matt
