Hi all, just found packs of 3v button cell batteries in my local poundland store, although the pack of 8 batteries only contains two of the cr2016 cells that we need in our fobs, it also has two cr2025 cells. I have checked the current ratings of 2025 cells and it is the same as the 2016's, I have tried and found that you can easily fit one 2016 and one 2025 in the fob and it will still close properly, also works perfectly as well so effectively you can replace batteries in two fobs for the princely sum of £1.
