Would this be a cosworth waterpump? It doesn't say it is but it does say it is for my cosworth.

If it isn't how hard is it to swap the insides over please?

It doesn't look like it to me. However before you rush in have a look at This article which is in How to do Things. Smiley

Update. Matt clearly agrees as our posts crossed. Thanks Matt

If you know a good ally welder a 12v pump can be modified to fit/work. The square port needs blocking off and youll need a trip to a scrappy to get a hose tgat will fit better with the downward pointing outlet.

Other then that i believe Dave2303 has the bits and bobs to rebuild them

I posted some part no's here:
http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=Problems;action= display;num=1309425302;start=0

I can't confirm they're right although I checked them out the best I could at the time.
If you paste the 7 digit no’s into the search here:
http://www.allcarpartsfast.co.uk/

Except for the first one they come up with high prices which suggests they may well be right.

Don't bother faffing about trying to get one from Ford - get one from Burton Power:-

http://www.burtonpower.com/water-pump-cosworth-v6-24v-2-9-bob-epw01.html

I fitted one of those over the summer and can confirm it's the right pump.

Also, if you want to do the stat at the same time:-

*ignore the spinning pic - it's wrong.
