Front bumper conversion

Hello !
Long story short, my Scorpio was hit and the front bumper was badly cracked. The insurance company / car service are telling me they can only source a facelift bumper for my 1995 Cosworth. Can i use the facelift bumper without any other modifications (fixture, wheel arches, headlamps, front grill) ?

Thank you so much ! It's the best news I hear in 3 months, in which I had to argue with the insurance company, as they do not want to pay for the repairs invoking any kind of excuses just to ditch me !
