First drive tomorrow to the mot station...
I've been around the car and checked the lights, found one of the boot lid side lights not work, sorted the corroded terminals at the plug and hey presto.
I'm so excited for tomorrow morning I've only ever driven the car on my drive, hopefully I won't have any nasty surprises.

It passed... The bloody windscreen cracked in the bottom corner on the way there but luckily it wasn't a fail. The speedo doesn't work until I hit about 65, overdrive off light flashes constantly and it bangs into 2 gear. I hope the lack of speedo explains the gearbox issues, any ideas?

Have a look at the Fault Finder page and scroll down to Transmission.

Bought a new speed sensor and got it driving nicely now, gears change as they should.
The radio turns itself on and off as does the climate control. Oh the joys of scorpio ownership

Figured out that the radios detachable security buttons are the problem. I've cleaned the contacts and it hasn't turned itself off since.
The climate control has "fixed" itself lol
