Roy Others have fitted this. 232409895063 Ebay number. As you know ford dont have them and I was very lucky to get one. The space is very tight and I had to remove the aircon compressor. Gerald Here

Hi Gerald thanks for the link, is this a straight swap ie do the pipes fit and is the angle a problem? Roy

The angle pipe would need to be cut as far as I understand, I have not used one.

Thanks for the info, jumping off that thread Highlander has said he put a 16v rad in and just blanked off the extra pipe on the cos header (or replaced with the 16v header), perhaps I am nervous as needed to fix a spare cos rad (now done) and been told my othe cos is also balloned but not gone yet. Time will tell I'm sure, looks as though the stats OK (normal "R" reg temp guage - has a mind of it's own! but may buy a stat just in case, see what the rad man says ashe's fixing it. Any thoughts on the 16v radiator swap out?

Roy I seem to recall a long time ago that someone tried a 16v rad in a Cossie, and it wasn't up to it. I'm sure this was the case. Perhaps it's time for a bespoke ali' rad? Peter
