Saved scans won't replay

I cannot get any new scans to replay for some reason. I can play back old ones I made 18 months ago but not new ones. I did update the software recently, could that be the problem? Everything else seems to be working OK. Anyone got any ideas?

Hi,
It seems to work now. I'm not sure what I did that was different but at least I can now make some progress.
