I need help to help someone else with his car.

The car runs uneven when warm. This is what have been done:
Cat have been cleared.
EGR pipe is blocked.
MAF is cleaned
Various sensors disconnected but makes no differens.
Wiring to the coilpack is replaced.

OBD Scan shows:
P0136 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
P0141 Downstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater circuit fault - Bank No. 1.
P1401 Differential Pressure Feedback Electronic Sensor circuit High Voltage.
P1131 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1.

The precat O2 sensor was replaced after the scan.
P1401 is probably caused by the EGR pipe being blocked.

Does anyone know what will be the cause for the car to run uneven? Could it just be the EGR system? Or is it a fueling problem?

check the inlet manifold for cracks, mine has just under air idle valve causing it to rev all over the place.take off the valve and see if the plastic under it has melted.

Tobbe,
Those DTCs may well be caused by a failing fuel cut-off loom - see http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/dohcloom.htm - particularly since you have needed to replace the wiring to the coil packs. This seems to indicate that you reckon the wiring was faulty.
The downstream HO2S heater faults may simply be that the connectors are dirty, and these don't affect fuelling.
The EGR code P1401 is shown on http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/egrmonitor.htm. A faulty EGRVR can certainly cause the engine to idle badly when hot. Work through that page and check the EGRVR pipes, the orifice tube etc, and if these are all secure be prepared to change the EGRVR on the bulkhead.
