not communicating

I took my 95 cossie to my local ford dealer today to put it on the OBD to see what codes it came back with. They said that it came up "can not communicate" and the mechanic said that he reconed it was the fuse box playing up, anyone got any ideas?. Car is running ok

Check the pins in the OBD connector in the coin box. These have been known to be either broken or missing or even in the wrong configuration Baz
