Hi Michelle, is the car a 12V or Cosworth? OBD2 will work on 2.9 Cosworth but not the 12V If its a 12V you'll need a 'Star' reader - see here for info. If its Cosworth I might be able to help. Paul

No. The 12v uses a different system, the OBDII code readers won't work with it

Hi Michelle, My Snap On Kit does the 12V system. If you can get the car to me at Swanscombe, near Dartford I will scan it for you. Regards Dave

Hi Michelle, Yes MT 2500 with an absolute fortune spent on leads plugs and software kits, and now we have bought Autologic too although we only have Jag and Landrover software on that at the moment. But with these two bits of kit we can pretty much read anything on the road including all European Cars, all the popular Japanese / Asians and American cars too. Make sure if your buying MT2500 that you get the early Ford pod kit cos I don't think the newer one or PVCI will get into 12 Valve cars ! Regards Dave
