OBD II Trouble codes

Hello... I'm having some trouble with my Scorpio Cosworth -95 after failing the yearly check up I'm not sure what you call it in England. Anyway the first time I got there I had to high CO, the second time I got to high CO and HC.... After this I changed the left catalyst, since it was making such a terrible noise. This reduced both CO and HC to the half of the orginal CO witch was 3.5 and HC 249. And still didn't get through, you're allowed to have CO 0,5 and HC 100. I bought an OBD conact to test if I had any trouble codes... I had three codes P0130 O2 sensor circuit low voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 1 P1131 Lack of HO2S switch - sensor indicateds lean P1151 Lack of HO2S21 switch - sensor indicateds lean The thing that confuses me, is the right lambda 1-1 if you compare this to the left 2-1. I know that you shouldn't compare this, but if there are very big diffrenses there should be a problem? I took these values at idle speed Lambda 1-1 9,61 Lambda 1-2 222 ,715V Lambda 2-1 14,73 V Lambda 2-2 1,23V Makes this any sense?? I would be very grateful for some help here Regards Michael

Micke, if you pay for the P&P then you can borrow my OBD II lead..... I think that the OBD program you are using is no good. Your lamda reading doesn't make any sence at all... My 24v did pass the MOT one year with only one cat. Until the next year MOT I replaced the cores, but on the MOT paper it said: "Avgaskontroll ej utförd, test utrustning ej tillgänglig" "Emission test not performed, emission test euqipment not accessable"....
