Can someone in the know check out this code reader, for my 12v 2.9 ultima which through these pages i have found out is eec-iv,
google search Equus Products EPI3145
this also has display for codes and comes with a 16 pin connector, but as im new to this i would appritate if someone could let me know if this will work!

hi there
hard to tell from the discriptions (american), but at that price, worth a try. 
it does say for the eec-iv ecu, but i wouldn't think it would talk to the abs, etc.

Thanks for that, concerning the abs, you buy another componant which plugs into this for the abs.
I may give it a try after i try and figure out the light codes i got from a scan
