OBD not working

Removed and repaired circuit board behind instroments about a month ago, everything working now except OBD.
Even trip reset will not work!
 
any ideas would be appreciated

I assume you mean the instrument diagnostics, not the obd that scorpio_man's link referred you to.
Did you replace the grey rubber button that has the black contact pad on? It goes between the odometer trip button & the circuit board.
