I have purchased obd lead softwere was a bit basic also tried scantool that was ok but would like to try same softwere as u guys ive got softwere of site but keeps saying i need id . can any one help as i wold like o see results of your sofwere. dave

If you mean the software from here:
http://www.obd-2.com/
It will only work with the lead supplied by them & the ID they supply with it.
Although you can test drive the software using a scan saved by someone else using one of these leads.

no tompion its a elm lead and box i bought of ebay and i use psmscan.
