Got these codes when doing a scan.

The first (P0141, P0161) indicate both rear lambda heater cirquits don't work. They seem to report a voltage though and switching, although the engine was probably too cold for anything to be meaningful.

For the others (P1405, 1406) the problem seems straightforward too: http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/egrmonitor.htm
Since both codes appeared, is it more likely the DTPF sensor is dead rather than pipes clogged for real?

But my question is, can these errors be because I didn't take it for a full round to get the engine hot first?

Apparently, as front & rear O2 sensors switched in the same pace & range, that was just because the cats were cold.

Cats are new.

Hi,
scanning a cold engine wont generate codes - they must have been generated when driving and have been stored.

You can test this by clearing the codes. Some codes will appear regardless of whether you've got the engine to operating temp, some only appear after you've reached temperature.

Good to know! I did a reset some days ago, and they reappeared. Anyway, the vacuum hoses in question were rotten.
