Is it the 12v or the 24v you have?

They require different readers

I'm guessing its a 12v they always get described as just a 2.9 Wink

All Scorps after 1995 need a 16 pin plug to fit the socket in the roof of the small glove box above the right knee. However as Highlander points out,the 12v has EEC IV ECU with less wires than the 24v which has EEC V and is OBD 2 compliant, the 12v requiring a STAR reader. If your plug doesn't fit you may be better off obtaining a unit with the correct one.

The details of the STAR reader are listed Here.  Where abouts in Sussex are you located?. There are one or two of us on here.
