Seems an odd code I wonder if it’s getting misread by the scanner.
Can’t find much on Google, came across a reference on a Polish Toyota site:
http://v060702.home.net.pl/viewtopic.php?f=23&t=68

A fair way down the page they appear to be giving decimal & hexadecimal codes:

P0510 P01FE Przełącznik położenia zamkniętej przepustnicy - usterka
Google translated as P0510 P01FE closed throttle position switch – fault.

Looking here:
http://www.mathsisfun.com/binary-decimal-hexadecimal-converter.html

If you type 1FE into the Hexadecimal converter it comes out as 510 so a fair chance the fault code should be P0510.

If that is the case P0510 is shown on this Chrysler page as a TPS problem:
http://www.datsc.com/tabid/122/OBD-Error-Code/P0510/Diagnostics/chrysler /Default.aspx

I spotted that !! Grin I showed the post to a very good friend of mine,Greg, today and his eyes glazed over and then he spotted the time as well!. (You may recall he was here when we were sorting the ABS on my car). He asked me what you would be doing at that time of the morning? and I could only reply that your nocturnal wanderings were fairly common!.  Grin

If it is the TPS you could try disconnecting the battery so the TPS values get reset as here:
http://www.fordscorpio.co.uk/obd2scan9.htm

If your scanner can show live data first look at the TPS output, with ignition on/engine off slowly push down the throttle & check the value changes smoothly & returns to the same base value, mine if I remember correctly goes from about 16.8 to 89% yours will be different. After disconnecting the battery check it again and see if the closed throttle value has changed.

A wiring problem/dirty connection could increase the resistance & cause the values to change.
