Fitzy, the image must be hosted on the web and not on your machine. Use www.tinypic.com or similar. Use the browse button on the site and look for your picture you want to share. Upload your picture and when it has done, you are presented with 3 boxes. The first one is the url of the picture: http://tinypic.com/ns9kl the second, well to be honest I don't know but I think it is for code writing <img src="http://tinypic.com/ns9kl"> the third should produce an image in this post: Hope this helps Baz

When you host the picture, the site does resize the picture to some degree but generally you would need to use something like paintshop pro to shrink the picture before you send it to tinypic. Just remember that there are people on dialup that it takes ages to load these pics if there are a lot of them!! And yes, same proceedure and then use the url to insert into your profile. Baz

If you look at the picture of my silver scorp and then right click and view properties, you will see that it is hosted on the MSN scorpio site. Takes a few minutes to set up but gives you a base to put some photos online of your car baz

Hi everyone, I have to admit, I'd not heard of free image hosting web sites. I had been posting my images on the webspace I use for waders' website, since there is plenty of room there. Thanks for that. Fitzy, did you get it to work? Ellie

You can also resize using the basic paint program,Open the pic you want in paint, Click on image and then down to stretch/skew and change the % values to whatever size you want, just remember to keep them both the same. Then all you do then is save it, remember to raname the file you are saving if you want to keep the original untouched. Windows XP will save this as a jpeg and not a large bitmap file. Hope this is of some help to you. Regards Richard
