Now before Mr Floppy jumps in....  Grin

..I've made a brilliant play-dough model of the Pingu childrens character (penguin thing) and it's too good to squash and redo.  I wanna keep it as an ornament.

How can you make it go hard faster ??  Oven it ??  Or just leave it and hope it hardens in time Huh

Play-dough sets hard enough when the kids get it stuck into the bloomin' carpet !!!

This has to be the strangest off-topic subject so far.

Made me smile though.  Thanks  Smiley

Because playdoh is made up of a lot of water, when it does eventually dry, it dries out and shrinks and cracks. Take some photos and remember him that way!!

Thanksyou all for your suggestions and kind thoughts guys.

It means alot to me in this, the last hours of Pingo's short play-dough life, to have such good support.

unfortunately, at about 6pm tonight his head started to crack and has now developed into a severe fracture.

One of his wings is also cracking and i fear that by morning..  his head will have fell off.

Don't know how i'm gonna tell little sarah....

My business partner, when he first left school, got a job in a car bodyshop. There was one guy there called Raymond who was a bit of a numpty who no one really liked and he rode a moped as well!

Anyway, my mate came into work one day only to find that a mouse had fallen into a pot of thinners and had died. He got the mouse, spread it out on a piece of card , dried it out then sprayed it gold and stuck it with araldite to the top of Raymonds bike helmet in a kind of "rampant" pose!!

Unfortunately no pics but a nice thought non the less!!
