It's well after midnight and I'm off to fly my Spitfire in Warbirds2004...
Battle of Britain scenario....
I may not be victorious but I will go down fighting...

Fantastic mate
My favourite all time plane. Awesome bit of kit.
And the feel of a spitfire/lancaster/hurricane flying over in formation is absolute majic.
Where is this event.. anyone know ??

Warbirds is an online PC game, free download but you have to pay a subscription to play online. You can practice forever offline for no money.
Juat an odd pastime I amuse myself with occasionally... shooting down other useless pilots in a virtual Battle of Britain scenario...

Just out of interest where do you get it from ? I love things like that
BTW - The Vulcan Bomber is my most favorite plane of all time. I was lucky to see one fly at an air display once.. I have to say that nothing since has ever come near it for shear noise and excitment!!

Get Warbirds from here, it's pretty much a pure simulation when online so expect to push 80 buttons befere the engine starts... only kidding it has an arcade setting to make flight easier.
The Vulcan XH558 may possibly take to the air again for the airshow circuit in 2006 check it out here...
