If what they have put is correct and the car was first registered on 19th August 1999, that makes it a "T" Plater and only the second facelift T plate I have ever seen. That daft number plate would have to go Very rare and only 50k on the clock as well. I may be tempted for my missus.....I must keep and eye on this one!! Baz

If it is a T plater then the reg would definitely be a goner... the whole idea of a T on the plate would be status I think... 2 grand....not bad really.... Nice motor.

| Hmm.... shortly before they squashed them with a digger bucket & tipped them over the cliff's edge! Does look good though. Would be better if they'd washed it. As Baz & George have both said, you'd have to ditch the silly plate. Far more exclusive to have the "T" on it. Or even if it is only an "S".

".......We will be very sad to see it go...... but we can't be arsed putting more than one picture on..." It's dead nice but it just shows the craziness of these cars. Mine's a P with 55k on the clock, and I got it for under a grand. This one is three years newer, pretty much the same mileage.. we shall have to wait and see what it gets.

Craig, Sheffield is a fair way away you know!! I think it was checked by mistake unless they class northern Ireland as overseas (That way the plate may be genuine!) Baz

I like my silver one as well, although the red one is a rarer colour. Every Scorpio I seem to see these days is bloody silver. Take a look at the meetings photos and how many silver ones there are!! It does look meaner though!!! Especially with its new number plates

Is that a genuine Ford colour or a respray ? Very nice car , if genuine worth a lot more than 2 grand.
