Yeah I remember this one and it was made by the cast for the cast and production team. If memory serves me it wasn't actually aired at 12.00 noon as with the "normal" episodes but the tape got leaked and it was aired on a "Beadle" or I think most probably the Chris Tarrant on TV show, so to say it was seen by millions is correct but not at childrens TV times.
There is a big write up on the whole thing somewhere on the net and in the morning when I feel less tired I'll find it and post it.

Anyway, you ought to know because it was reported that there was a dodgy looking character seen running away although he claimed to be chasing a bin lorry.
