On the main site (?) there is a bit that says if you cant see the buttons, my java is not correctly enabled or web browser is out date.

Anybody help with an idiots guide to sorting this out, as can't see buttons and , to be honest, have no idea where to go or what to do.

As far as I know, run with IE 6, but not even sure about that.

This topic has ben covered so many times in the past and I do not think a definitive answer was ever found, although one comon facotr did seem to emerge and that was it was a concern for people running NORTON AV software. if the case is that you have the same scenario try disabling your NOrton and see if you can see the buttons.

If all else fails then use this as the entry into the main site its all searchable from here

Thanks, do run Norton AV. Will have to wait for resident computer expert to have a look.
In meantime have added link to favourites - thats simple enough for me

I found that disabling Norton made no difference but I have now uninstalled Norton and the buttons are back.

Just a side note, Norton is also well known for slowing up pc's with its memory hogging resources - I changed to Mcafee version and it is notably quicker!
